I have spent over 20 years working within Health and Social Care, progressing from frontline roles to senior leadership. My career has spanned adult services, supporting older people, individuals with autism and learning disabilities, mental health service users, and women who have experienced domestic abuse. I later qualified and practised as a registered social worker, advancing into senior leadership as a Team Manager and Independent Best Interest Assessor.

However, it was not until I took the leap and founded my own domiciliary care organisation that I truly understood what success in business felt like. Building a regulated service from the ground up transformed not only my income, but my identity, confidence and leadership.

Alongside my professional journey, I navigated single motherhood and rebuilt my life after domestic abuse. That season reshaped my standards, strengthened my discipline and clarified my purpose.

Through my framework, HHL | Heal. Habits. Legacy. I learned that sustainable success for us as women begins internally before it manifests externally.

Today, I am a Keynote Speaker, Transformational Mentor and multi-business founder.

Through private mentorship, I guide women in the care sector from employment to ownership, equipping them with the mindset, structure and regulatory clarity required to build and lead compliant care services with confidence and freedom.

My why is simple.

Women make up nearly 80% of the adult social care workforce in England,  over a million women delivering care every single day.


Yet fewer than 40% of companies in health and social care are female-led.

Women are the backbone of care.
But they are underrepresented at ownership level.

I help women move from employee to founder.
From delivering care to designing and leading care organisations.


From being the workforce, to becoming the employer.

Because the women who carry this industry deserve to own it,  creating time and financial freedom so they can be fully present for their families.
